How frequently will reeds be released? 

          TBD - this is a new model and we will have            a realistic timeline estimate soon. 

When will my reeds ship? 

          Reeds purchased on Drop Day will ship                the next day. Reeds remaining in stock                  past Drop Day will ship within 3 business              days. 

Can I add rush shipping? 

Yes! Please select next-day shipping at checkout.

Can I place an order if reeds are out of stock?

Sorry, reeds will come out in limited quantities each drop. Sign up for our mailing list on the store page to be alerted when drops go live.

Care

How should I soak my reeds? 

In most climates, dipping your reed in room temperature water and then letting it sit for about a minute is enough to get it soaked and keep it soaked. 

 

Returns

Do you accept returns? 

Returns are not accepted due to hygienic concerns.

What if something is wrong with my reed?

Reeds that are defective (cracked, or otherwise damaged upon receipt) will be replaced at no charge.
